Retreat Booking & Payment Information
Pilates Retreats (FRIEDA GERDA 1909 x Joseph Journey)

1. Scope
This section applies exclusively to all Pilates retreats offered under FRIEDA GERDA 1909 x Joseph Journey.
2. Service Description
The Pilates retreats are all-inclusive experiences, including:
- accommodation
- meals
- full retreat program
Travel to and from the retreat location is not included.
The retreats are designed for movement, rest, and personal development and do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking becomes binding upon confirmation.
Full payment is due within 7 days after booking.
If payment is not received within this period, the reservation may be cancelled and the spot released to another participant.
4. Participation Requirements
Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.
By booking, participants confirm that:
- they are physically and mentally fit to participate
- no known health conditions prevent participation
- they will seek medical advice if in doubt
5. Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation terms:
- up to 60 days before start: 50% refund
- 59 to 30 days before start: 25% refund
- less than 30 days before start: no refund
The date of written cancellation receipt is decisive.
Transfer of a retreat spot to another person may be permitted upon prior approval.
6. Cancellation by the Provider
If the retreat is cancelled by FRIEDA GERDA 1909, all payments will be fully refunded.
No additional costs, including travel arrangements or external bookings, will be covered.
The retreat is secured through an appropriate cancellation and contingency protection arrangement, such as event insurance or financial safeguarding.
7. Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
The provider is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for personal belongings.
8. Program Changes
FRIEDA GERDA 1909 reserves the right to make reasonable organizational adjustments to the retreat schedule or program.
Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund, provided the overall nature of the retreat remains unchanged.
