Pilates Retreats (FRIEDA GERDA 1909 x Joseph Journey)

1. Organizational Issues & Concerns

As Pilates retreats are services rather than physical products, no physical damage policy applies.

If any organizational issues, questions, or concerns arise before or during the retreat, participants are encouraged to contact us directly so that an appropriate solution can be found.

2. Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for Pilates retreat bookings.

Retreat bookings qualify as fixed-date leisure services in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

Cancellations are possible under the following conditions:

• up to 60 days before the retreat start: 50% refund
• 59 to 30 days before the retreat start: 25% refund
• less than 30 days before the retreat start: no refund

The date of written cancellation receipt is decisive.

A transfer of the retreat spot to another person may be possible upon prior approval.

Exchanges or rescheduling to alternative retreat dates are generally not available.

4. Cancellation by the Provider

If the retreat is cancelled by FRIEDA GERDA 1909, all payments already made will be fully refunded.

No additional costs, such as travel arrangements or third-party bookings, will be reimbursed.

The retreat is financially secured through an appropriate contingency and cancellation protection arrangement, such as event insurance or financial safeguard coverage.
