Pilates Retreats (FRIEDA GERDA 1909 x Joseph Journey)

1. Scope

These Terms apply exclusively to all Pilates retreats offered by FRIEDA GERDA 1909 x Joseph Journey.

2. Service Description

The retreats are all-inclusive experiences and include:

Travel to and from the location is not included.

The retreats are intended for movement, rest, and personal development and do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.

3. Participation Requirements

Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.

By booking, participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to attend.

Where necessary, medical advice should be sought prior to participation.

4. Booking & Payment

A booking becomes binding upon written confirmation and payment.

Full payment is due within 7 days of booking.

If payment is not received within this period, the reservation may be released.

5. Cancellation by Participant

Cancellation terms:

The date of written cancellation receipt is decisive.

Transfer of the booking to another person may be permitted upon prior written approval.

6. Cancellation by the Provider

If the retreat is cancelled by the provider, all payments made will be fully refunded.

No additional costs, including travel, personal bookings, or external accommodation, will be reimbursed.

The retreat is financially secured through appropriate cancellation and liability protection arrangements.

7. Liability

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

The provider is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

No liability is accepted for personal belongings.

8. Program Changes

The provider reserves the right to make minor changes to the retreat schedule, instructors, or program flow.

Such adjustments do not entitle participants to a refund provided the overall nature of the retreat remains unchanged.
